La mesure du succès: Alphabétisation et compétences essentielles en milieu de travail - Cadre de recherche

Le présent rapport décrit un cadre d’évaluation du projet La mesure du succès qui vise à soupeser les impacts de la formation en alphabétisation et en compétences essentielles (ACE) en milieu de travail. Il présente un cadre général qui couvre les répercussions possibles des programmes de formation en ACE et les facteurs d’intérêt connexes. Il est prévu que le projet La mesure du succès utilisera des outils d’évaluation standardisés pour mesurer certains résultats et facteurs, mais se contentera de noter les autres. C’est au comité directeur du projet qu’il reviendra de décider quels résultats et facteurs connexes seront finalement mesurés.
